Kim Klimovich, BS, GRI, PM is a driven, seasoned professional highly experienced in multiple facets of real estate with an emphasis on Real Estate Sales and Property Management, both residential and commercial. She has been a Nevada resident for 24 years and a licensed Real Estate Agent in Nevada for 20 years.
Kim holds her Broker-salesperson license, Property Manager permit, and a Graduate, REALTOR® Institute designation. In 2019 Kim attended a Community Management course and received her Nevada Real Estate Pre-Certificate.
Before joining Dickson Realty, Kim held a position as a Commercial Real Estate Manager at CBRE, managing over 10 million square feet of industrial building space. Before CBRE, she was the Property Manager at Renown Health, managing 37 medical office buildings. Kim was the Senior Property Manager for Reno Property Management, where she solely managed over 237 residential properties. Before that, Kim was a Property Manager/Accounting Supervisor, where she co-managed apartment buildings, single-family properties, commercial buildings, and two homeowner associations while maintaining the accounting system as a whole.
Kim is certified as a Home At Last member of NAR through the Nevada Rural Housing Authority, enhancing her value to customers. Kim believes it is important to continue growing and learning in business as well as in life.

In her free time, Kim enjoys gardening, hiking, mountain biking, hunting for petroglyphs, and camping with her family. In the wintertime, Kim loves skiing at Mt. Rose or North Star. Kim has contributed her time and money to charities such as The Red Cross, The Breast Cancer Society, The March of Dimes, and The Muscular Dystrophy Association.
