Chris was in charge of selling our condo which needed cosmetic updates before its sale. He provided a very precise market analysis, organized all necessary work for the condo by hiring local contractors who in turn (all) provided excellent work for very reasonable costs, and handled all showings and closing matters in the highest professional manner! His recommendations (refurbishing) were spot on and his predictions turned out to be precise in terms of final sales price and time. And when did you last work with a realtor who returned calls- within hours or even less? Chris knows the local market, he will be my go-to person for any Reno area real estate transactions should I decide to buy again! And I rate his abilities as a property manager better than A+!
